The Problem
Hardware expertise is hard to scale. Junior technicians often struggle with obscure errors, leading to "No Trouble Found" returns or wasted hours on research. Training new staff is slow and expensive.

I noticed the network test failed on this Lenovo T14. This is common if the ethernet dongle isn't whitelisted.
Suggested Action:
